Newly renovated…..safe, centrally located, worth the price you pay, good management….

Lived here for three years, location is unbeatable. It is central to everything you’d need to go to. Right behind Kmart and less than 10 mins drive from the mall, Donki, Home Depot or gpo, take your pick. Landlord was easy to get ahold of through the apartment’s app he maintains. Easy to request for repairs within unit if needed. Huge master bedroom. Rent is affordable.

It’s a quiet apartment; neighbors are nice and friendly and mind their space. Besides the little leaks in the house (which they resolved), it’s a great and open space. Staff is also very communicative and responsive, which is a plus. They assist quickly with any issues we have and resolve it almost immediately. Us signing another two year lease should speak volumes itself. 🙂
